Lakes and Passes Tour 2010

Tour summary details: Eleven nights with half board throughout the tour (many dinners will be four courses) . Average cost per person per day, half board, is £100 .

At least two options every day to vary the tour to your own requirements .

The following lakes will be visited: Geneva , Thun, Luzern, Maggiore, Orta, Neuchatel . Lake Como and Lugano are optional .

Visits to the Schlumph Museum and the Swiss Transport Museum .

There will be opportunities to cruise on the lakes on the many and varied vessels available .

The route includes the Kandersteg/Gopperstein railway under the Lotschberg (Lotschbergtunnel) .

A visit to the Eiger Mountain will be an option together with travel on its famous railway .

With super scenery and magnificent driving roads we will visit as many exciting passes as possible .

STOP PRESS ~ we have arranged that the ferry from Dover to Calais will be included in the tour price (certain restrictions apply) .
